POLYGEN NANO enables the creation of cold mix using 100% recycled asphalt (RAP), ideal for road maintenance. The use is extremely simple: a small percentage of regenerator is mixed directly into the milled asphalt, and it is immediately ready for use. The quick drying also allows for a rapid reopening to traffic. The advantages in terms of time, costs, and responsiveness in maintenance interventions are undeniable: cold milled mix is reused on-site, overcoming all the limitations and issues related to the need for transport, disposal, purchase of new bitumen, hot transport and processing, and consequent constraints on intervention times.
POLYCLEAN VE / VE+ is a ready-to-use vegetable-based release agent for the surfaces in contact with asphalt mixtures and bitumens. It keeps equipment clean and protected for a long time, generating a resistant protective layer that prevents bitumen encrustations, unlike silicone products that do not create contaminations in asphalt mixtures.
POLYCLEAN VE is ideal for application with a brush or through simple manual pumps or automatic systems.
