MOBA PPCS (Paving Process Control System)
The new PPCS system involves a series of on-board sensors capable of continuously monitoring the key working parameters of the pavers and transmitting them to the MyA4U server for real-time consultation and reporting.
The GPS antenna, along with the A4U module, transmits every geolocation information to the MyA4U server, allowing the visualization of real-time data. The wired sensors mounted on the hydraulic extensions of the paver allow for continuous measurement and recording of paving widths. The display with an integrated keypad shows the data recorded by the instrument and real-time values of length, paving width, paved area, and advancement speed. It is also possible to input asphalt quantities that feed the finisher either directly from the on-board machine keypad or remotely, providing the calculation of the total material laid and the quantity per square meter.
The MyA4U server platform collects all the information sent by the instrument in real-time, allowing for better monitoring and management of logistics and work computations. All jobs stored and saved on the MyA4U portal are easily accessible at any time. PPCS tracks and records all paved areas via the GPS antenna on MyA4U. The tracks are easily viewable on the server and readable on integrated maps. If necessary, the user has the option to inhibit the finisher, turn it off, and constantly monitor its position through the GPS system.
