DESCRIPTION
Nano regenerator is used to make cold asphalt for road maintenance in winter, using 100% recycled asphalt (RAP). The service life of the filled parts (recovered holes) made by this cold procedure is from one to two years.
USE
Nano regenerator enables the creation of ideal cold asphalt for the maintenance of roads formed from 100% scratched asphalt.
METHOD OF USE
POLYGEN NANO is dosed directly into the scratched asphalt (with a maximum recommended grain size of 8mm) and mixed until a homogeneous dispersion of the additive.
DOSING
The average dose of POLYGEN NANO ranges from 1.5% to 2% of the weight of the scratched asphalt, and it is possible to increase the dose of POLYGEN NANO in case the scratched asphalt is very old, especially if it is oxidized. Increasing the dose of POLYGEN NANO increases the possible storage time of the product for further use.
STORAGE
POLYGEN NANO can be stored for 24 months in its original and closed packaging at a temperature
between 5 ° C and 30 ° C. Depending on the storage temperature the product may vary viscosity, however its characteristics are not compromised.
